Skills Required

As a Global Facilities Quality Senior Program Manager, you will work closely with all the major functional organizations within Global Facilities, & with the world-wide site Facilities, Global Quality and other major corporate organizations to drive Quality systems projects/programs from initiation to completion. Business Development

• Prepare Estimated P&L and submit on 1st and 15th on each month.
• Prepare Manpower Costing Charts (MCCs) for all departments and make sound improvements in the utilization of manpower at individual outlets and spot salary discrepancies.
• Prepare analysis reports for CF Department.
• Conduct interview for outlet staffs.
• Upkeep TMS & SAP.
• Submit application for delivery platform.
• Identifying ways to improve sales by redeploying or changing manpower hours.
• Keep track of daily sales and coordinate with Department/Section Heads to ensure the sales target is met.
• Reassess the CF sales target monthly and adjust it according to outlet demand and potential.

Operation

• Coordinate with Department/Section Heads or Outlet Cooks to ensure issues (mainly operations such as Hygiene) raised by HQ are resolved.
