Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our marketing initiatives, contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our brand presence both online and offline. Responsibilities:

• Marketing Campaigns:

Develop and write bilingual (Chinese and English) marketing materials, including copy for advertisements, social media posts, newsletters, and other promotional content.

Requirements:

Traineeship Description:

-This position reports to the Admin Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with general office administration & any other duties as assigned by the manager

or director

2. Assist Financial Services Consultants (FSCs) in handling customer requests

3. Liaise with different departments to help FSCs enquire on pending underwriting or

claims processes, existing customers enquiries.
4. Assist FSCs in generating policy summary reports for clients & follow up pending

requirements

5. Provide direct admin support to FSCs such as answering phone calls, scheduling

appointments, directing customers enquries to the appropriate department.

6. Creating powerpoint for meetings, training or webinars

Competencies to learn:

1. You will be proficient in using online platforms to assist FSCs in their client’s requests

2. You will learn how to engage with clients & FSCs professionally

3. Be proficient in designing creative powerpoints for trainings or webinars
