Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing packaging projects under the guidance of the SEA Packaging Category Manager.
• Oversee packaging projects to ensure they align with market roadmaps.
• Identify and resolve risks associated with packaging projects.
• Track and report the status and risks of packaging projects.
• Partner with key stakeholders to balance cross-functional departments.
• Lead and influence project team members to ensure accountability and resolve issues.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, or packaging-related discipline, or
• Minimum of 3 years in project management within Food Service, QSR, Consumer Packaged Goods, or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Minimum of 3 years in the packaging industry with proven success.
• Strong business acumen, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
