Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the company's Director. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing administrative tasks, coordinating marketing and CRM teams, and handling ad hoc projects. Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the MD, managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Manage and organize the MD's office, ensuring it is well-maintained and operational.

Personal Assistance:

• Assist the MD with personal tasks and errands to ensure their time is optimized for business priorities.

Marketing Team Coordination:

• Work closely with the resident’s doctor and multi-disciplinary team to provide care to the residents; updates on changes in the residents’ condition and needs

• Assesses residents within 24 hours of admission
• Develops a nursing care plan and carry out nursing care based on care plan
• Assists in organising and coordinating activities directed at enhancing the quality of life of residents
• Accountable for the residents' personal hygiene, grooming and their activities of daily living
• Identifies and initiates appropriate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures
