• Working hours: Mon - Fri: 9 am to 6 pm and alternate Saturdays per month: 9 am to 1 pm.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, as the officer will have to communicate with occupiers of Lucky Plaza and the public as and when required.
• Clear knowledge of building systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
