• Manage a team of Quantity Surveyors, Procurement Officers, and other staff involved in contract administration with the Site Owner (S.O.), Employer, and subcontractors/suppliers.
• Oversee contract management during the delivery phase as an administrator.
• Draft and review various contracts and agreements.
• Conduct meetings with Clients, Supervision Officers, and subcontractors to discuss contractual matters.
• Provide contractual advice to the Project Manager.
• Identify opportunities and risks in processes and develop implementation plans.
• Write, evaluate, negotiate, and execute contracts including Main Contracts and Subcontracts.

Job Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying.
• Preferably, years of experience in managing and administrating large-scale process-related contracts. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying and/or contract/construction law are advantageous.
