• Checks the functional operation of each Dish Wash Machine, co-ordinates and follows up with Engineering and chemical technician for any faulty issues.
• Co-ordinates with the collection of the garbage in the kitchen and check on the recycle process.
• Maintains that the kitchen floor is clean and dry at all time , also look out for any potential safety hazard issue and tries to eliminate it immediately, Should it not be successful, to notify the Assistant Executive Steward and ask for advice.
• Sanitation of all OE are critical according to the kitchen’s hygiene standard.
• Must update all HACCP check-list and documentation on a daily basis.

General Mission:

• To provide administrative support and assistance within the framework of the Food & Beverage Division.  
• Assist the F&B Operations Manager / Assistant F&B Manager with the responsibility of running the TASTE restaurant, Le Bar & Banquet in accordance with our brand standards.

Responsibilities:

• To assist the F&B Operations Manager / Assistant F&B Manager on various administrative work. 
• Attend the daily Food & Beverage briefing and any other meetings as required. To prepare minutes of various meetings such as Food & Beverage Bi-weekly Meetings, Christmas Meetings, etc.
• To follow up closely with our Sales and Marketing Department on pre-marketing material, working closely with the F&B Operations Manager to come up with marketing content for the department.
• To assist in printing all menus and food tags for the TASTE Restaurant, Bar & Banquet events.
• To prepare various memorandums for the Food & Beverage Department and issue them to the departments concerned.
• To reply to all emails on inquiries or assistance from other departments or external customers.
• To assist and ensure the smooth operation of the Department and to deliver a consistent quality of service according to the standard set.
• To be in attendance during the peak hours of service and to provide support and assistance to the Food & Beverage outlets, Banquet events & Service Team as and when needed.
• To report any malpractice, irregularity, or discrepancy to the F&B Operations Manager immediately.
• To have product knowledge pertaining to the restaurant. To ensure good working relationships among the supervisors and colleagues within the Department.
• To work closely with all supporting departments and to be constantly aware of the appearance, condition, and working environment of all areas within the Hotel.

To provide gas tubing, Fitting, Valve installation in the provision of facilities and services for hi-tech industries and other process related industries. To ensure the whole gas system at the required performance level or specifications.

Principal Accountabilities:-

• Supervise and monitor the quality of welding works and progress
• Supervise the welding activities are being carried out as per the project procedures
• Ensure the welding machines, welding accessories are in good working condition & consumables are in good working condition
• Ensure that the welding machines are calibrated and fit for use
• Allocate the job to welders based on their skill level and qualification
• Monitor the welders use correct welding parameters as per approved welding procedures
• Carry out tool box talks about the welding related quality issues
• Identify the best performing welders in liaison with QA/QC inspectors for rewards
• Supervise gouging activities and ensure that the jobs are being carried out as per project procedures
• Guide welders on welding activities and resolve the day to day site issues
• Approve welding consumable requests and ensure only project approved consumable brands are used
• Monitor the welding repair works are carried out as per approved procedure
• Monitor the approved welding sequence is followed in the job
• Arrange for qualification of welders in liaison with QA/QC inspectors
• Conduct training sessions for welders / gougers related to welding machines/ process & techniques
• Ensure that the welding / gouging jobs is carried out with the required safety standards as per company HSE requirements

Education and Qualification

Diploma with minimum 5 year of relevant experience in pipe, fabrication welding.

Experience

Relevant working experience in semiconductor environment, pharmaceutical or gas & Chem industry preferred but not mandatory

Skill and Knowledge

1)Functional / Technical skills and knowledge:-

• Knowledge in Bulk / Spec gas systems.
• Good knowledge in Welding process (Stainless steel orbital weld) in piping
• Well versed in welding symbols and basic drawing
• Able to prepare progress reports
