Owning vehicle : Not required, but a valid Class 3 driving license is necessary for driving to Johor Bahru (day trips, frequency based on business needs).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain existing customers relationship and develop new customers.

- Prepare sales quotations, proposals for projects.

- Generate new leads and build up customer database and foster a strong partnership with clients.

- Approaching new customers on telemarketing / supporting the marketing department to development social media campaigns to draw fresh opportunities.

- Drive company growth and achieve company goal.

- Provide support to pre-sales and post-sales activities.

REQUIREMENT

- Diploma in sales and marketing field or equivalent.

- Competent working knowledge in Microsoft office and ability to interpret CAD drawings, schematics on AV systems including ELV line diagrams.

- Strong sense of teamwork and service orientation

- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work

- Self-driven individual and able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (as this role works closely with stakeholders in China)

- Experience in AV industry, especially LED videowall technology will be highly advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell travel packages, including accommodations, flights and tours.
• Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the booking process.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain knowledge of travel products, services and market trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and travel partners.
• Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the travel planning process.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales strategies and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Tourism or a related field.
• Must have atleast 3 years retail sales experience in fashion with good sales skills and sales service attitude in travel history.
• Strong knowledge of travel products and services.
• Able to communicate effectively with English, Hindi, Tamil speaking clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High of organizational and time management skills.
• Customer-focused and results-driven.
