Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure cleanliness of all dental equipment
• Ensure high standard of infection control
• Assist in reception and cashiering
• Assist dentists in dental treatment in:

- Orthodontics
- Prosthodontics
- Periodontics
- Endodontics
- Oral and Implant Surgery
- General Dentistry

You are expected to perform any other duties that may be assigned. As you progress further, your responsibilities will increase, e.g. assisting to monitor & order dental supplies, maintaining equipment in the clinic, etc.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in dental assisting
• Able to work independently and show initiative
• A good team worker, cooperative and highly self-motivated with a cheerful attitude
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 7pm, Saturday 9am to 2.30pm
• Able to work overtime, when required

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of payment documents before deadline.
• Export and upload data by using ERP system and SAP system.
• Liaise with purchaser/ supplier for checking the accuracy of documents with data of purchase order.
• Check and print purchasing documentation for costing team according to schedule.
• Perform data entry.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
