• Attend to all appointment related enquiries, scheduling of client appointment and sending weekly appointment reminders

• Maintain billing and payment records

Requirements:

• Diploma in Therapy Assistance, WSQ or related field

• Experience in Physiotherapy/Healthcare field is a bonus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Enjoy meeting and helping people

• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc)

• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
