Job Description:

• Client management and sales – client prospecting to identify their needs and create suitable proposals and quotations that meet their requirements
• Client communication and relationship management - providing timely follow-up with clients via phone, email, virtual and in-person meetings to handle objections and negotiations
• Be accountable for increasing revenue and securing sales to achieve sales targets

Job Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate sales (events and/or hospitality sales will be preferred)
• Meticulous and great attention to details
• Highly organized with good time management skills
• Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and presentations
• Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Proactive and can solve problems independently

Position Overview:

We are expanding our company and looking for a proactive and organised Operations Coordinator to oversee and coordinate our daily operations, ensuring efficiency, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards. The Operations Coordinator will manage communication between clients and suppliers, monitor job postings and completion, address logistics issues, and implement changes to optimise operations. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
