Project Description and Components:

To establish a well-rounded product marketing function that supports the success of the product by bridging the gap between product development and customer needs by translating features into compelling benefits targeted at the ideal audience. The main components of the project:

• Conduct thorough product training to gain a deep understanding of features, benefits, and competitive differentiators.
• Develop detailed buyer personas through market research, competitor analysis, and user surveys.
• Develop sales enablement materials to empower the sales team.

Deliverables:

• Deliver a comprehensive set of assets and initiatives to achieve product marketing success to buyer personas detailing demographics, needs, and pain points
• Proven experience in product marketing, with a focus on bridging the gap between product development and customer needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

- Attend to inquiries and review tender documents

- Source from various suppliers/ manufacturers to fulfil customer’s project requirement

- Support Outdoor Sales on preparation of quotations

- Follow up on quotation status and closing of orders

- Liaise with manufacturers on documentation submission such as drawings & certificates

- Work closely with manufacturers to meet customer’s delivery deadline

REQUIREMENTS:-

- Formal Electrical Engineering qualification (Diploma/ Certification)

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience

- Preferably with experience on Material Take Off in an M&E environment

- Electrical product knowledge

- Resourceful and results oriented

- Team player

- Good command of spoken/written English
