• Achieve sales and profit targets set by management
• Initiate and follow up on sales leads, orders, and deliveries
• Assist customers with technical inquiries and gather necessary information
• Deliver excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Automation preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or application of mechanical/electrical components in industrial automation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including formal presentation abilities
• Experience with OEMs, SIs, EMSs, and End Users is advantageous
