Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of landscaping services.
2. Supervise and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and guidance to ensure quality service.
3. Design and implement landscaping plans according to customer requirements.
4. Ensure that all landscaping projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
5. Monitor the use of materials and supplies and suggest cost-saving measures.
6. Secure bids and quotations for landscaping materials and equipment.
7. Oversee the maintenance of landscaping equipment and vehicles.
8. Monitor safety standards and ensure compliance with Singapore safety regulations.
9. Create weekly and monthly reports on landscaping projects.
10. Responsible in overseeing the overall site progress to ensure architectural works of project team and sub-contractors are carried out according to specifications / drawings, in compliance to the defined standards and authorities’ requirements as well as Site Safety regulations.
11. To be responsible for the administrative and operational for landscape project aspects, including liaise with customers for project requirements and progress
12. Any other duties assign by Project Manager

Job Requirements:

· 5.5 Working days (Monday to Saturday 0800am to 1700pm)

· WSQ in Landscape Supervision

· Entry level candidates with the relevant Polytechnic / Diploma / Degree in Horticulture, Arboriculture or

other related fields are welcomed with minimum of 1 year experience in landscaping industries

· Required language(s): English

· Class 3 Driving License would be advantage

· Dynamic and energetic

· Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task

· Committed to work

· Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Prefer candidates with horticulture or arborist knowledge

· On-the-job training provided
