Job Description

As the Senior Executive, Digital Empowerment, you will be responsible for the following:

• Support the creation and management of roadmaps for digital initiatives, assisting in setting objectives, timelines, and success metrics to ensure alignment with the division's digital strategy and SingHealth's overarching goals.
• Assist in the coordination and support of cross-functional teams in ideation, conceptualisation, planning, and execution of digital projects with adoption of automation technologies such as RPA, chatbots, and M365.
• Actively support the identification and implementation of innovative digital solutions and technologies to address organisational challenges and improve operational efficiency.
• Play a key role in the upskilling and reskilling of employees, fostering the development of Citizen Developers.
• Contribute to the establishment and promotion of best practices for digital tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to contribute to the development of annual plans and budgets for digital projects and supporting efficient management of budget portfolios and utilization.
• Provide support in overseeing and managing digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and digital tools, to ensure system service levels are met and to provide prompt support for any system-related issues that may arise.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and healthcare challenges, contributing to the assessment of their viability and potential adoption.
• Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to undertake any additional responsibilities and duties assigned within the Digital Empowerment team.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
• At least 4 years of experience in the IT industry or related roles, with exposure to digital initiatives and projects.
• Proficient in areas such as cloud computing, voice/chatbots, robotic process automation (RPA), and/or Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Demonstrate ability to support project management activities and contribute effectively to project delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic digital environment.
• Able to deal with all levels of staff (medical, nursing, pharmacists, allied health professionals, dental and administrative and ancillary staff).
• Able to work independently and constantly upskilling and keeping abreast with technological advancement.

• Handle full set of accounts
• To perform daily bookkeeping activities on account receivable/payable and daily/monthly bank reconciliation
• Perform Account Payable function, such as preparation of payment, reconciliation of suppliers’ accounts etc
• Assist to prepare monthly and year end management reports.
• Handle monthly Payroll, GST & CPF submission
• Manage month end close process and ensure all journals, bank reconciliations, AR and AP
• Perform HR related duties and support any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Product Planning for China Region
• Write and maintain accuracy of appealing tour itinerary descriptions.
• Plan & market China FIT products + Free & Easy products
• Plan & control group seats / hotel rooms inventories
• Manage tour pricing and set costs, by analysing performance, market influences and budget requirements; define assumptions and propose selling prices.
• Provide tour set-up for OB system.
• Closely monitor sales against budget and pace by using available data sources and reports
• Liaise & Negotiate contract rates and terms: hotels, tour operators and special offers, while remaining in compliance with other relevant regulations Manage and maintain tour operators’ relationships along with contract administration.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing department for brochures and collateral production.
• Assist with vendor performance management
• Provide training for counter staff on tour products and destinations.

Skill Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in travel industry; experience with product management, contracting and pricing.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office word & excel are required
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, Chinese is preferable
• Familiar with GDS knowledge, Sabre reservation system, and OB reservation system.
• Problem Solving and Customer Service Skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, product contracting, planning and destination familiarization

• Provide personalized assistance to meet the needs and preferences of clients such as making Travel reservations, booking appointments, arranging transportation, and coordinating special requests.

• Manage the end-to-end global mobility process, including expatriate assignments, international relocations, cross-border transfers, visa and work permit processing, housing assistance and support throughout the assignment's lifecycle.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, providing information, and offering recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and services.

• Manage relationship with internal stakeholder and external vendors including relocation management companies, tax consultants, immigration lawyers, and other service providers.

• Provide support to ECS Manager including assignment planning, cost projections, and ensure smooth project delivery.

• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of the services.

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to provide clients with up-to-date information and recommendations.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in hotel management, restaurant management, logistics, education, airport, or tourism industry.
• Previous experience in a customer service or concierge role, global mobility management.
• Immediate starter is a plus

Key Job Responsibilities include:

3. Matured disposition with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work meticulously in a fast-paced environment

5. Well versed in SAP S4/ Hana will be an advantage
