Account Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
• AR payment knockoff , email statements of accounts to customers weekly. Call for payment.
• Month-end closing & bank reconciliation.
• Audit and tax queries.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
• Perform reconciliation of suppliers’ statements and ensure all disputes are resolved.
• Assist in payment/collection and petty cash reimbursement.
• Prepare and submission of quarterly GST returns.
• Manage timely closing process and reconciliations including for intercompany transactions.
• Monthly payroll processing including staff attendance, commission, etc.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing.
• Work with admin staff as a team.
