The sales supervisor must work closely with the store manager, general manager, and production manager to communicate changing customer needs. As a liaison between the organization and the customers, the production supervisor must anticipate changing customer needs and design products that meet such needs.

Sales Supervisor Job Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of the sales team including marketing activities like product activations.
• Assist the line manager to recruit, training, enumerating, and retaining a competent sales team.
• Provide reports to top management like sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports, and new customers’ on-boarded reports.
• Prepare sales presentations and other sales tools.
• Assist the line managers to ensure adequate client communication, maintain contacts with clients and provide feedback.
• Initiate sales activities, strategies, and sales plans required to build brand visibility.
• Serve as a point of reference to employees in terms of showing great work ethic, habits, personal character, and professional character.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, pricing, sales activities, and active clients.

1. Invoicing and Billing: Generate and issue invoices to clients/customers accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Payment Processing: Monitor and track incoming payments, ensuring prompt and accurate application of funds to the respective accounts.
3. Collection Management: Implement effective strategies for timely collection of outstanding debts. Follow up with clients/customers on overdue payments through emails, phone calls, or other communication methods.
4. Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable on a regular basis, resolving discrepancies and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
5. Customer Communication: Maintain professional and positive relationships with clients/customers, addressing any billing inquiries and providing necessary information.
6. Reporting: Prepare and present periodic reports on accounts receivable status, aging, and cash flow projections to the management team.
7. Credit Management: Evaluate and establish credit terms for new clients, as well as review and update credit limits for existing clients.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team, sales department, and other relevant stakeholders to streamline the accounts receivable process and resolve any issues.
9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as local and national regulations related to accounts receivable.

Job Requirements

• Singapore citizen preferred.
• Minimum education – Diploma in accounting from local polytechnic
• “Hand – On” experience with QuickBooks Online accounting software in their course of work for at least one year

• Responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
• Perform Verification and Reimbursement of staff claim
• Process Accounts Payable Invoices & payment
• Uploading of invoices into XERO
• Justify and resolve discrepancies/disputes and, issue debit or credit notes
• Ensure all Accounts Payable payments are properly approved before the timely payment
• Update Cash Flow
• Handle quarterly GST reporting and queries
• Verification of income tax comps, and the preparation of various reports/responses to government stat boards
• Perform Reconciliation & Bank Reconciliation
• Resolve payment-related inquiries
• Correspondence with Suppliers
• Managing Supplier's payment on time
• Manage month-end closing requirements
• Support internal and external audit queries
• Generate reports from the computer system as needed by The Director
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• At least LCCI or Diploma in Accounting qualifications
• Minimum 2 years experience in Accounts Payable and able to handle Creditors/Suppliers' Invoices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & XERO software
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Possess a positive working attitude and able to work as a team
• Able to start work immediate

Salary: up to $2500 - $3000
- Working Location: Tuan West Road (Walkable from MRT)
- 5 working day, Office hours: Mon to Fri (9am - 5.30pm)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotation according to customers' inquiry
• Proceed order and shipment arrangements according to the customer's request
• Invoice according to supplied items
• Preparing reports
• Liaise with sales PIC & DDK for parts inquiry, order and shipment arrangements
