Job Responsibilities:

• Developing client relationships with the goal of building long-term strategic partnerships.
• Manage your sales pipeline, revenue forecast and account plans while working closely with key internal stakeholders.
• Successfully achieve sales targets and performance objectives for sponsorship within your area of coverage.
• Responsible for hitting personal targets as well as helping the team hit their overall targets.
• Building client relationships and maintaining it well.
• Keeping up to date about the market, customers, competitors and products to be able to sell the solutions well.
• Ensuring that the sales administration activities are completed timely.

Your profile:

• A Bachelor’s degree in business or related
• Solid track record in consistently delivering or exceeding sales targets
• Self-driven personality, ability to work independently or as a team
• Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills

We have an opening for an Assistant/Sales Manager responsible for sales and customer relationship management within the Industrial group, focusing on our products and services. In this role, you will be responsible for:

What You Will Do

• Lead and coach a team of sales engineers to drive and grow the industrial business in Singapore and regional markets
• Responsible for all sales activities related to the company’s products and services, mainly in the areas of mechanical and process engineering
• Personally manage assigned accounts, territories and products
• Identify business opportunities and manage all projects with any potential & existing customers
• Formulate sales strategies and action plans to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Gather market intelligence on customers’ business activities, projects, competitors’ products/services, and industry developments
• Manage relationships with keys principals and customers.
• Provide product and technical expertise to propose suitable solutions to the customers’ requirements and issues
• Facilitate smooth communication and information transfer between principals and customers
• Provide commercial/technical support and training to regional and new staff when required

What You Must Have

• Minimum diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the management and sales of industrial systems/equipment and aftermarket services, preferably to end customers, EPCs and system integrators.
• Experience in project, system, or equipment sales within the semiconductor or process engineering sectors is advantageous.
