Opening Job Opportunity:
We have an opening for an Assistant/Sales Manager responsible for sales and customer relationship management within the Industrial group, focusing on our products and services. In this role, you will be responsible for:
What You Will Do
- Lead and coach a team of sales engineers to drive and grow the industrial business in Singapore and regional markets
- Responsible for all sales activities related to the company’s products and services, mainly in the areas of mechanical and process engineering
- Personally manage assigned accounts, territories and products
- Identify business opportunities and manage all projects with any potential & existing customers
- Formulate sales strategies and action plans to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Gather market intelligence on customers’ business activities, projects, competitors’ products/services, and industry developments
- Manage relationships with keys principals and customers.
- Provide product and technical expertise to propose suitable solutions to the customers’ requirements and issues
- Facilitate smooth communication and information transfer between principals and customers
- Provide commercial/technical support and training to regional and new staff when required
What You Must Have
- Minimum diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the management and sales of industrial systems/equipment and aftermarket services, preferably to end customers, EPCs and system integrators.
- Experience in project, system, or equipment sales within the semiconductor or process engineering sectors is advantageous.
