The Data Operations team is responsible for providing data quality assurance for multiple datasets including pricing, securities and reference data, benchmarks, portfolios and fund.

The role sits in the Investment and Asset Data Support team, responsible for the stewardship and reporting of Asset data that resides in the Asset Data Store (ADS) and manage Data Quality exceptions in Data Management Platform (DMP) an ensuring the data is complete, consistent, fit for purpose and ready for consumption for all end users.

Transaction Operations Reconciliation and Corporate Actions Manager – Transaction Operations (12 months Contract)

The Transaction Operations Team is responsible for the oversight of the trade life cycle, Asset Servicing, Reconciliations and Client and Regulatory reporting within the company and works closely with our outsourced service provider to ensure post trade operational compliance, completion, and success. The coverage extends across multiple asset classes including Equities, Fixed Income, CIS, FX and Money Markets.

This role sites within Reconciliation and Corporate Actions team looking after daily cash reconciliation, cash publishing and asset servicing activities.

The key responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for daily cash and stock reconciliation and publishing within deadline in Aladdin
• Maintain ownership of daily cash and stock breaks and proactively follow up with respective teams for breaks resolution.

Internal Compliance, Onboarding and day to day administration of International Residential Associate Sales Brokers in Singapore

The International Residential business in Singapore has committed to growing the brokerage team and as part of its growth strategy has agreed to increasing its head count by recruiting several associates on a commission only self-employed contractor model.

As a result of this strategy being adopted and given the additional regulatory requirements, the business requires someone with the required level of experience to help with the recruitment, administration and oversight of all associates that are recruited to the JLL team in the months and years ahead.

Your role related to the above will include:

The Barratt SEA Account

• Manage all the Sub Agency onboarding for all SEA sub agents and to work closely with the wider Barratt JLL team to ensure that the onboarding and ongoing requirements related to the same is managed properly.
