My client is a global service provider in the transportation technology space. They have footprints across the globe and due to business needs and expansion, they are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive / Asst. Sales Manager to join the team.

Job Duties:

• Managing top-tier client accounts across APAC and build solid relationship to ensure high degree of customer satisfaction and meet service expectations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the company
• Support sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, retention, and client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Min. 2-3 years' experience in Sales / Account Management / Business Development.
• Experience in Corporate / B2B / Enterprise sales is a must (Advertising agencies / Professional services / Tech Sales / Events agencies etc)
• Proven track record and expertise in hunting / outdoor sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• International exposure would be highly desired.

Budget: $4,500 - $5,500 monthly, depending on experience & excluding commissions.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Marketing / Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in F&B or FMCG industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, e.g. excel, powerpoint.
• A dynamic and highly motivated individual with ability to multi-task effectively
• Customer oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team with the preparation of all sales and tender related documents, costings and material submissions.
• Prepare sales quotations and proposals.
• Provide sales and administrative support to the Sales Team.
• Follow up with factories on document requirements and ensuring that all submissions are properly presented and submitted on time.
• Supporting the sales team in responding to customer inquiries and assisting to resolve issues, where appropriate.
• Liaise with internal teams and colleagues from Procurement, Logistics and Finance.
• Sales order processing from Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order to Delivery Order.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in project management or sales support function.
• Enjoy working with numbers and good with excel, powerpoint and words.
• Diploma in Business management or Electrical engineering
• Knowledge in Lighting Simulation Software (Relux/Dialux EVO) will be an advantage.

Jobs Description:

-To support outdoor sales in quotations and enquiries

-To ensure smooth delivery for all confirmed orders

-Ensure all related paperwork such as quotations, purchase orders to Suppliers, deliveries are done properly

-To provide after sales customer support if needed

Requirements:

-IT sales experience with at least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience is an advantage

-Customer oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills

-High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, responsible, able to handle stress; including the ability to work independently and challenging environment

-Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills
