Duties of Technical Sales Engineer:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts using effective account management processes.
• Collaborate with the Technical Support Team to identify and provide solutions to meet customer needs.

Requirements:

Education and Experience

• Min Degree holder
• Possess a proven track record, with a minimum of 10 years of pertinent work experience, including 5 years in a managerial capacity. Prior experience in sales and marketing within the education/publications industry is advantageous.
• Demonstrate a profound understanding of education market dynamics and the education industry.

Skills and Expertise

• Exhibit proficiency in MS Office applications.
