Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Assistant Sales Manager to join our sales team. The Assistant Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing technical support to project teams and project coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Sales Manager/Sales Director to develop sales strategies, set targets, and create action plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.

• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, emphasizing the technical aspects of our products and services.
• Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Technical Support: Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful execution of security projects, including technical design, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, track progress towards targets, and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
• Proposal and Contract Management: Assist in preparing technical proposals, contracts, and pricing negotiations in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
• Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve our products and services.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in engineering fields
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong technical knowledge of physical security systems and solutions
