Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations across Ecommerce Platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Official Store), including order management, fulfilment, and customer service.
2. Ensure that the platform is fully optimized for high levels of traffic and performance.
3. Implement and manage processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
4. Working directly under Head of Sales of Marketing.
5. Analyse and report on key performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and platform performance.
6. Manage and develop relationships with third-party vendors, such as fulfilment and customer service providers.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our ecommerce platform remains competitive.
8. Other Day-to-Day operations or ad-hoc activities required by the company.
Requirements:
1. Minimally a Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in ecommerce operations or a related field related.
3. Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, order management systems, and fulfillment processes.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
5. Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our outsourced partners.
7. Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to continuously improve processes and systems.
