Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, or ACCA are preferred.
• Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for communication with stakeholders in China.
• Skills:Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  In-depth knowledge of financial controls, reporting, and compliance.
  Proficiency in accounting software and SAP systems.
  Highly organized, meticulous, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment

Job Scope:

• Develop project plans, timelines, and allocate resources
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure technical specifications
• Solve technical issues and ensure compliance with standards
• Manage project budgets and provide financial updates
• Source and manage vendors, negotiate contracts
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and assign tasks
• Communicate with stakeholders, clients, and contractors
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Ensure safety compliance and monitor on-site practices
• Provide regular progress reports and maintain documentation
• Oversee project handover and provide post-completion support

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and communicate effectively
• Willingness to work at project sites
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Relevant WSQ certification is a plus
