• Perform repairs and replacements for transmission systems, differentials, gearboxes, and suspension systems on a variety of heavy vehicles.
• Lead and supervise a team of mechanics and technicians specialized in different vehicle systems.
• Plan, assign, and prioritize tasks for the repair and servicing of trucks, trailers, cranes, forklifts, and container-handling machinery.
• Ensure that the workshop is well-equipped with the necessary tools and parts to perform maintenance efficiently.
• Oversee maintenance of container-handling equipment, including container lifts, reach stackers, and straddle carriers.
• Provide technical expertise and solutions for issues specific to container-handling machinery, such as hydraulics and lifting mechanisms.
• Develop preventative maintenance schedules for cranes and lifting equipment to minimize downtime and ensure safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the engine, transmission, suspension, and braking systems of heavy vehicles and trucks.
• Ensure the integrity of the vehicles' load-bearing components for transporting containers.
• Diagnose and repair faults in container vehicles used for port, dock, or freight yard operations.
• Create and implement preventative maintenance programs for trucks, cranes, trailers, and other heavy equipment.
• Conduct routine checks on vehicle fluids, engine performance, and mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and servicing intervals.
• Manage inventory and procurement of parts, materials, and equipment necessary for servicing container vehicles and heavy equipment.
• Maintain an efficient parts and tools management system, minimizing delays caused by supply shortages.
• Coordinate with vendors for ordering specialized parts for both trucks and container-handling equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and mechanical standards for both truck and container handling operations.
• Oversee the use of safety gear, proper machine handling, and adherence to protocols related to lifting and handling heavy loads.
• Conduct safety training for mechanics and technicians working on both trucks and heavy container-handling machinery.
• Maintain comprehensive records of vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
• Track vehicle and machinery performance, analyzing data to recommend improvements in efficiency and reliability.
• Provide regular reports to management on repair activities, breakdowns, and maintenance costs.
• Develop and manage the budget for workshop operations, including labor, parts, and equipment.
• Optimize cost-effective strategies for repair and maintenance services, minimizing operational expenses.
• Monitor resource utilization and ensure the workshop operates within the allocated budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead provider of day-to-day advice relating to Private Wealth Management business and control room function – restricted list, entertainment & gifts, personal account dealing, conflict of interest and annual attestation, etc.;
• Develop and work with Head of Compliance & Risk (SG) and CMBI Group Head of AML Compliance (HK) to implement policies, procedures, systems and other controls in relation to Financial Crime Compliance such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF), Fraud, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC), Cyber Crime and Market Abuse. Assist the Head of Compliance & Risk in Enterprise Wide Risk Assessment of CMBISG;
• Effective planning and delivery of control room function, including maintaining restricted list, entertainment & gifts, PA dealing, conflicts of interest and annual ‘Fit and Proper’ attestation etc.;
• Main point of contact on Private Wealth Management business processes such as account opening review, third party transfer and large fund withdrawal/deposit.
• Support the development of compliance related policies and lead implementation through development and implementation of related procedures, preparation and delivery of training and providing guidance and other post-implementation support;
• Coordinating and supporting licence representative and director’s applications with MAS. Maintaining MAS correspondence, representative’s register and other key regulatory records;
• Compliance review and approval of marketing materials, client communications and other client facing documentation;
• Support the Head of Compliance & Risk in FACTA/CRS reporting;
• Provide periodic reporting and escalation of issues to Head of Compliance & Risk on a timely basis so as to strengthen the compliance culture in CMBISG;
• Maintaining complaint, breach & error reporting and other key compliance records;
• To support the Compliance & Risk functions in discharging its responsibilities as required generally, and specifically, in terms of dealing with risk and regulatory matters;
• Knowledge in credit review, trading limit, product/margin financing business.
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Head of Compliance & Risk.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience preferably in brokerage house and corporate finance company.
• Experience in leading compliance projects in terms of financial crime (AML/CFT controls), trading and control room function.
• Analytical and investigative skills and the ability to speak out and act when appropriate.
• The ability to work efficiently and effectively both alone and also collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent problem solving and issue resolution skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.

Job Responsibilities :

• Liaise with client and develop design concepts and basis of design to set direction of design.
• Check engineering deliverables and assure technical integrity of design.
• Ensure all engineering works comply with all relevant Statutory standards, Regulations and Codes of Practices.
• Carry out various types of geotechnical design and analysis – deep excavations, shafts, tunnels, slopes, foundations, etc.
• Carry out appropriate design of structural nature where required.
• Performs other duties or projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum eight (8) years of geotechnical engineering experience with Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control and eligible for application as a Resident Engineer
• Recognised Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer
• At least five (5) years of experience in construction supervision of geotechnical work for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work.
• Experience with LTA projects would be advantageous.

• The engineer will work closely with the Digital/IT team to set up project databases and tools, contributing to the development of enterprise-level data management systems.
• Additionally, the role includes monitoring data quality, identifying issues, and supporting stakeholders in resolving them.

Key Accountabilities

• General Manage the Information and Data hand-over to the client of project information and documentation in accordance with the agreed procedures. Monitor all Information and Data interfaces with Client or other third parties to ensure requirements are addressed, and coordinate with adequate stakeholders if necessary
• Coordination with stakeholders Coordinate/Advise all the project teams (e.g. Engineering, Supply Chain, Completion & Commissioning, and subcontractors) to ensure information and data requirements are understood and complied
