Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you manage 2 direct reports. Responsible for all finance activities, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk and governance, you also prepare financial statements in compliance with IFRS. As a key business partner to the leadership team, you provide insightful analysis and advise business from a financial perspective. You also drive audit, tax and finance advisory matters with work processes. You would also play a key role in conducting presentations to senior stakeholders including board members.

• Oversee all financial control activities including the review and analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers, and disclosures
• Monitor Accounting and Finance departments’ policies and procedures, collaborating with an executive team to establish processes and controls to ensure integrity of Company’s ledger
• Summarise budget trends, analyse deficiencies and report variances to executives
• Provide guidance on complex tax and compliance issues, contributing to financial strategy discussions
• Take care of tax preparation duties, liaising with external tax accountants for tax preparation
• Manage Accounting team’s and other departments’ daily accounting operations, including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and general accounting
• Help drive efficiency throughout the entire company like looking out of the business internal processes and look for better ways to manage
• Find areas to streamline the company’s operations whether via accounting automation, transformation initiatives or accounting tactics

Requirements

Job Summary

· Establish robust valuation control procedures for the Group’s banking investments which include private equity, private credit, loans and venture capital.

Sample and QC Process Management:

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in life sciences with minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control within highly regulated cGMP pharmaceutical industry. Experience is Biologics and ATMPs (i.e. Cell and Gene) is an added advantage.

Work location: One North, office based

Here's what you'll do:

• Develop and execute data-driven B2B marketing campaigns that drive results.
• Analyze marketing metrics and ROI to optimize campaigns and make informed decisions.
• Clearly and concisely communicate with stakeholders through strong written and verbal skills.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with organization and efficiency.
• Travel (Occasionally): Be prepared for occasional business travel (up to 10%).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Business preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in field marketing, channel marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing
• Proven B2B Demand Generation Expertise
• Tech-Savvy is a Plus: Familiarity with Sales CRM and Marketing Automation tools (Marketo) is a bonus,
• Experience navigating complex B2B marketing within a multinational corporation (MNC) is a strong plus

• Accounting and bookkeeping of the Hub legal entity including month end closing and reconciliation
• Tax compliance matters of the Hub including Corporate taxes, GST and transfer pricing
• Controls and compliance of internal policies and external regulations and standards

• Improvement of RTR and PTP processes incl. any UATs needed when systems are updated

• Responsible for monthly regional consolidation and estimate for APAC inventory estimate
• Controls over inventories incl. performance of regular stocktakes
• Financial management reporting and variance analysis
• Supporting in the monthly management retrieval/ reporting for the Supply Chain team
• Assist in the ad hoc finance duties delegated by the Finance Director

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree holder in Accountancy, preferably a certified CPA.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with background in Accounting and Audit.
• Previous financial analysis experience in an MNC.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Methodical and strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and perform under pressure.
• Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in using SAP
