As a Senior Manager, HRBP, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Manpower Planning
- Develop and execute workforce strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct workforce analyses to identify talent gaps and succession planning needs.
- Manage HR budget and optimize staffing costs.
Recruitment & Retention
- Oversee talent acquisition processes to attract and hire top candidates.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding and retention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and immigration policies.
Performance Management
- Lead the annual performance review process and talent management initiatives.
- Monitor employee career progression and development
Compensation & Benefits
- Administer compensation and benefits programs in accordance with company policies.
- Provide guidance to employees on benefits and compensation matters.
Employee Relations
- Manage employee relations issues, including counseling, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
Analytics & Insight
- Leverage data analytics to inform HR strategies and decision-making.
- Develop HR metrics and reporting to measure performance and identify trends.
HR Systems & Processes
- Optimize HR systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.
General Management
- Lead and develop the HR team.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- A recognised degree, preferably in Business, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including minimally 3 years of managerial experience.
- Strong supervisory skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
