Manager (Admin & Operations) - 9 months

• Co-ordinate and liaise with the various stakeholder, groups of volunteers and staff to manage all matters to admin and operations;
• Liaise and work closely with the various groups of volunteers for briefings, site recces, training sessions and volunteer distribution / allocation plans, etc.
• Provide administrative support including preparations of briefing slides, collation of information, compilation of volunteer lists, submissions and other documentations;
• Assist in the liaison with contractors on all logistics set-up and decorations for the events organized.

• Administrative support towards Admin & Ops and Production Team;
• Assist in asset housekeeping and management in inhouse and external stores;
• Provide administrative and logistical support and assist in any other matters for the division.
• Required to work on some weekends and evenings as the job requires.
