Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

Site managers work on construction sites and work often begins just before construction. Duties and Responsibilities:

Activities as an agent of makers:

• Escort Guests from Makers to customers Discussion with customers anytime on behalf Owner-work for new buildings
• Promotion of new products
• Attending the ship (shipyard) as requested

Activities according to the request from the Osaka head office:

• Follow-ups/negotiation for bulky quotations
• Dunning works
• Development of new customers

Others:

• Obtain local intelligence from customers and feedback to Osaka operations to enhance business
