SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Owns the achievement of the company’s UPS annual order target for their allocated market segment;
2. Actively drives the UPS sales funnel, working autonomously to identify and maximize opportunities;
3. Supports the company’s contract engineers during the post-sale implementation and hand-over process;
4. Establishes new, and maintains existing, strong long-term relationships with customers for UPS business through regular close contact account management utilizing face-to-face meetings, telephone & email communication. It is anticipated regular face-to-face contact of >70% will be required;
5. Manages and interprets customer requirements and delivers customer quotations to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs for UPS;
6. Persuades customers that UPS & service will best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
7. Negotiates and closes sales by agreeing terms and conditions to meet both customer and company needs;
8. Responsible for representing the UPS product/service to customers through the development and delivery of technical presentations, product demonstrations and training; and at field events such as seminars, conferences, exhibitions etc:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Proven 5+ years sales experience of UPS;
• Strong technical expertise of UPS;
• Strong established relationships with End-Users, Consultants & Contractors in their designated region
• Electrical Engineering qualification preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

· In charge of all necessary submission to relevant authorities such as Building Management and Statutory Depts

· Liaise with client's representatives with regards to all site matters and attend site meetings

· Coordinate with suppliers / sub-contractors for the delivery of products and installation works as well as for defects list and maintenance report. Monitor daily site activities including co-ordination with contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers etc, as well as conduct site survey and measurement works

· Ensure that sub-contractors carry out their works in safe manner and according to the schedule and design

· To monitor daily progress at project site including inspection of quality of material and executing corrective action where necessary

· To prepare and maintain related site reports and progress photos,

· Good understanding of reading the blueprints and review of construction drawings

· Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, ensure projects meet stipulated quality requirements by closely monitoring and supervising works of sub-contractors

Qualifications & Requirements

· Work experience of at least 5 years specializing in construction works of Interior Design or Interior Architecture environment (Interior Fit-out Industry). Commercial office ID Fit-Out space is an added advantage, but non-mandatory

· Knowledge in M&E is a must

· Preferably possess Diploma / Higher NITEC qualifications
