The Assistant Product Manager, Overseas Property Financing (OPF), will be part of the team overseeing the OPF mortgage business across the entire Consumer Banking Group.

This position will focus on the provision of support to the OPF Product Manager in order to drive business growth and manage key risks through timely and appropriate monitoring and interventions.

JOB SCOPE AND DUTIES

1. Contribute to the execution of key business strategies in order to drive and sustain profitability and loan book growth

8. Marketing Analytics - build up the team's marketing analytics capabilities through the guided creation of dashboards using Adobe Analytics-, and perform analysis of data to provide key insights to management

9. Experimentation Support - support the ongoing experimentation efforts of the team to ensure creative business ideas are tested and implemented. This includes creating back-end experimentation setup, monitoring and executing these experiments

10. IT System Maintenance and Enhancements - support backend IT enhancements from end to end, including participation in regular teleconferencing calls and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and live verification exercises. This also includes resolving IT issues as escalated by users of the bank systems relevant to OPF.

11. Knowledge Management - ensure that the team's information is well maintained, including ensuring that business information and data are archived appropriately and stored in a secure and easily accessible fashion

12. Parameter, Template and Webpage Management - ensure that all system parameters, letter templates and both public and internal content on webpages are properly updated and maintained

13. Others - duties that may be assigned from time to time in support of team objectives

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Establish and monitor employee performance objectives and professional development goals. Education and Experience:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in the Information Technology arena.
• L2, L3 role
• Experience with cloud management will be advantageous
• Server Management Experience
• VCP, ITIL cert will be advantageous
• Microsoft Certified such as Window Server Administration, Azure Administrator Associate will be advantageous
• Had a previous job role as an IT Network Manager, IT Infrastructure Manager, IT Systems Manager, Senior Engineer, or IT Lead job position.
• Cisco Network, Voice and Collaboration, and Security Enterprise hardware and software (On-prem and Cloud) Solutions, Including Palo Alto Network Firewalls, Internet Gateways, and IT network experience in the hospitality industry.
• IT Virtualization Environment, VMWare o Microsoft Azure.

What you will do

• Responsible for Standard Cell Library Characterization for leading edge process node (7nm/5nm/4nm/3nm), as the pioneer to setup design platform for Mediatek projects.
• Perform timing/power/constraint/noise/variation modeling, analysis and flow development for >15K logic circuit for one process node.
• Testchip design and Si data analysis flow development for advanced technology node (<7nm), including big data processing and visualization.

What you bring

• BS/MS in Engineering/Computer Engineering/Computer Science.
• Basic knowledge of IC design and circuit design.
• Basic knowledge of UNIX/LINUX environment and any programming language, e.g. Python, Perl, Tcl, C/C++.
• Familiar with foundation IP (Std-cell, Memory, I/O) design and/or CAD is a plus.
• Knowledge of spice simulation, data analysis, machine learning is a plus.
