The National Additive Manufacturing Innovation Cluster (NAMIC) was established on 1st October 2015, to be the collaborative partner in 3D printing technology creation and innovation through working with different industries, agencies and institutions to develop capabilities in additive manufacturing, innovate and accelerate additive manufacturing to increase Singapore"s global manufacturing competitiveness.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, evaluate and implement the AIC Hub"s goals, objectives and activities related to translating technology and driving AM industrial business growth.
• Formulate and execute effective business strategy and industry engagement to promote AM technology, industrial and entrepreneurial growth efforts to accelerate adoption of AM in Singapore.
• Engage companies to understand industry needs and technology requirements, and to collate and document the industry intelligence for the AIC Hub.

Job Requirements:

1. To oversee and lead functionally the migration of SAP S/4HANA systems from on-premises to Private Cloud. To play a critical role in managing the integration of Finance modules, deploy migration processes and coordinate with different stakeholders.
2. Manage the end-to-end migration of the In House Cash module, including Internal Payments Management, In-House Banking, Bank Account Management, and other related financial modules within SAP ERP.
3. Lead the migration of the Central Finance module (CFIN) and ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
4. Coordinate the integration work stream with other SAP modules such as Master Data Governance (MDG), Receivable Management (RM), Advance Payment Module (APM), and Financial Integration (FI)
5. Collaborate with basis & technology teams to address infrastructure requirements and ensure compatibility with the Private Cloud environment.
6. Lead the System Integration Test (SIT) phase, ensuring comprehensive testing of all integrated modules and functionalities.
7. Assist users in completing the User Acceptance Test (UAT), addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
8. Lead the system cutover process, including data migration, configuration changes, and final system validation.
9. Work with Project Manager to manage the go-live process, coordinating activities to minimize downtime and ensure a smooth transition to the Private Cloud environment.
10. Assist Project Manager to provide hyper care upon completion of system migration and version upgrade.

Description:

• Handle full spectrum of project management, lead and manage site staff.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project schedules.

• Review project plans and specifications, feedback on the design, scheduling, and cost-saving measures and identify potential construction problems.

• Conduct regular technical / site/coordination meetings to ensure time, cost, and quality targets are fully met.

Requirements:
