Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, or related fields from a reputable institution.
• 7-10 years of relevant Collections experience as Head of Operations or in a similar role, preferably within the financial industry, Asset Management, or Collection Agency.
• Superior knowledge of industry regulations and operational guidelines, along with solid knowledge of business functions and data analytics.
• Familiarity with Collections reporting, including experience in analyzing and presenting findings to the business,as well as tracking and disseminating key data.
• Proven track record of managing a successful team of more than 100 members and possessing excellent organizational and leadership qualities.
• Curious, driven, and committed to bringing innovation and continuous improvement.
• Strategic thinker with a "can-do" attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and articulate a variety of issues to different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution capabilities.
