Responsibilities

• Coordinate all forecast submissions for Global Spares & Service
• Consolidate and review forecast financial results of Global Spares & Service
• Work with Global Operation finance and review supplychain cost allocation

• Support management reporting submissions to Global Spares & Service and Corporate Finance

Qualifications

• University graduate and above in Accountancy/Finance related fields
• Minimum 5 years of finance & accounting experience with a successful track record in management reporting and financial planning and analysis at regional level with experience from high-mix equipment manufacturing environment
• Flexible and able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles eg. IFRS 15.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills both written and verbal and must be able to effectively work in a cross-functional and global environment.

MAIN PURPOSE

The role of a Demand & Supply Planning Senior Executive is to support the overall business, financial & supply chain management process by rigorous management of the demand signals for the various brands, product types and customer channels. They will play a key role in the Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (S&OP) process by working with the multi-functional teams (namely Sales, Marketing and Finance) to assure tight alignment in the forecast (which will drive the supply, inventory & production plans) and financial plans.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

DEMAND PLANNING

• Drive monthly S&OP and forecast meetings with cross-functional stakeholders

• Facilitate local outbound documentations for Intra-regional transfers
• Manage inventory to meet service/fill rate level in a cost-effective manner
• Follow up on shipments for product launches and promos, expedite IVAS for urgent needs
• Partner with key stakeholders regularly and communicate any updates
• Provide & communicate Inventory analysis reports, Vendors’ & Customers’ fill rates, stock shortage risks with Brands’ stakeholders

• Demand forecasting: Planning of monthly forecast and work with respective factories on stock ordering. Study and analyze customer buying trends and ensuring that the right products are available in the right quantities at the right time.
