They are seeking an IT Support Manager to lead and manage their internal IT team and projects.

Job Purpose

Manage the internal IT Support team and evaluate skills and performances, ensure end user service is timely and accurate on a daily basis, support technician, set specific end user service standards, contribute to improving IT support by actively monitoring and responding to end users queries, establish best practices through the entire technical support process, identify areas of improvement, evaluate daily, weekly and monthly team’s productivity, provide feedback to the appropriate internal teams like security, to improve cross problems solutions.

Providing outstanding first level technical support as well as assisting in planning out and building our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Project manage system development from business requirements to implementation
• Able to collect user requirements and perform business analysis
• Document the business requirements for overseas development team for applications development
• Conduct user training on new business systems for users
• Manage user acceptance testing
• Lead the internal IT support team in our day-to-day IT operations, equipment provisioning, user access management, endpoint maintenance, & contributing to the overall improvement of our IT stack

Key Required Skills

• Degree in Computer Science or related courses
• At least 3 years of IT project experience
• Experience in application development and support
• Required knowledge includes Java, servler, jsp, freemaker, Spring, Hibernate, JPA
• Skilled in HTML, Javascript, Vue, React and other frameworks
• Experienced in Oracle, MYSQL, SQL Server; and able to write SQL statements
• Knowledge in FIORI and ABAP will be an advantage

As a Salesforce Support Consultant in APAC, you will be required to assist our clients in the field of Retail and Luxury, on assistance to Project Ownership, management of functional evolution projects and Application Maintenance. You will intervene in particular Salesforce (CRM), in full development of the growth of connected digital business.

Role Description

• Participate in Salesforce projects, roll-outs including localizations and support.

• Participate in functional and technical support by qualifying tickets and issues from the customers or L2 support team by following existing procedure, process and SOP documents.

• Preventive maintenance of the solution: Participate in the deployment of new versions, in coherence with the functional roadmap of the editor and the constraints of the client

• Level 2 expertise: analyze and document the anomalies, qualify and diagnose the problem. Support to deep dive/test on Level 3 (software editor) related issues with Level 2.0 experts.

• Communicate with customer, L2 support team on solutioning of tickets.

Profile

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelors in Information Technology , Business and Engineering

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience, in customer and Technical Support

• Motivated, with good interpersonal and editorial skills, you are recognized for your rigor, your analytical capacity and your strength of proposal.

• Experienced in Retail Industry, CRM and Software Implementations is a plus.

• Good command over English.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure maintenance of network hand-on maintain and troubleshooting of data network (LAN/WAN) and or large enterprise network, including due diligence to ensure security and resiliency of the network platform.

• Proficiency in one of the following: Checkpoint Firewall, CISCO Networks, Palo Alto Networks Firewall, Firewalls, Network routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies, or Web and Portal

• Candidate shall have working experience in implementation, troubleshooting and analytical knowledge of:

i) Next-Gen and application aware firewalls

ii) Network Routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and Switching Technologies

iii) Good understanding of Telecommunications Infrastructures and equipment

iv) Load Balancer

v) DNS and Proxy

• Ability to respond to emergency situations promptly and be able to perform system upgrade after office hours/weekends where necessary.
