IT/OT-Cyber:

• Act as a Single Point of Contact to:
  Resolve any IT/OT related issues. Work with vendors to prepare Root Cause Analysis and document lesson learnt

Supply Constraint Management:

This position’s primary duties involve conducting research and performing analysis to produce intelligence products in written and oral form for Citi cybersecurity stakeholders. What will you do?

The IT Application BA shall be involved in strategizing and implementation of the project and initiatives involving the requirement study, procurement, testing, management, implementation, and maintenance support of applications.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 5 years of IT Application BA experience

The Fund Accounting Analyst is an entry level position responsible for assisting in a variety of fund valuation activities in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business change initiatives, objectives, requirements, and challenges;

Wise’s audiovisual team ensures that all the AV equipment is ready for events and meetings in our offices across the world. The team makes sure that the events run in a smooth and orderly manner from the technical perspective. While the day to day duties vary slightly based on the situation, the AV technician is responsible for supporting cross office events and web conferencing meetings.

What you’ll do:

• Run the technical production of cross-company events of varying complexity, size, and locations in collaboration with our established AV partners

• Deliver the best AV experiences for in-room and remote participants using Zoom, Vimeo and various other hardware that we use in our offices (Logitech, Neat, etc)

• Maintain and upgrade AV solutions in our offices while working together with Wise’s Workplace team to keep the AV systems up-to-date and automated where necessary and possible (office refurbishments and new offices)

• Create, maintain, and update the runbooks that document the usage of our event spaces and meeting rooms

Responsibilities: -

·       24 x 7 triage, short-turn analysis of real-time security alerts & generate tickets, or escalation to L2 Security Analysts that are not in the Automation Runbook.

·       24 x 7 escalation to resolver upon receiving automated generated incident tickets on the health of SOCaS infrastructure, IT/OT managed security devices, or from the website defacement restorer activation alert.

·       24 x 7 manage problems till closure which include:

o   Ensure that Service Level Agreements are met.

o   Liaising with customers with regards to information security incidents

o   Provision and performance of remedial actions to enhance customers' network security posture

·       Min 1 year working experience in IT Infrastructure Operation and/or Support.

·       Willing to work with 24/7 shift pattern that includes weekend work.
