The Senior Audit Manager is a senior-level management position responsible for owning and managing complex audits, assessments of Citi’s risk and control environment related to Country / Cluster Technology and interactions with senior stakeholders and regulators. RESPONSIBILITIES

The role requires the individual to oversee Customer Support Service (CSS) team to support 1-Net core business, operations and services with 24x7 service availability at multiple sites of Data Centre (DC), including management of DC network infrastructure, network operation/services and service delivery.

This role also requires the individual to be responsible for developing and implementing processes and procedures that interfaces with the sales process, various services provisioning and customer requirement support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team of network engineers for the operations and management of 1-Net DC Core Network infrastructure, including peering network, DC Hosting network, Cross Connect services, Data Center Corridor service and data center MMR management. Assign team resources to support daily network operations and ensuring fair distribution of assignment.
• Monitor and improve overall network performance, optimise network bandwidth utilisation and secure 1-Net Core network infrastructure from potential network security risks.
• Network capacity management to ensure adequate resources available to support business and operations needs for network services.
• Support network services for internal and external customers, response to incident escalation and coordinate team effort in determining root cause and resolving problem. •  Manage all aspects of project and change request engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues
•  Continually manage project and change request expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders

•  Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business

•  Prepare detailed project plan for all phases of the project
•  Ensure assignment of adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes
•  Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetings
•  Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
• Manage project scope and changes  Act as an internal quality control check for the project
•  Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution
•  Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
•  Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
•  Ensure that projects and change requests are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
•  Manage project and change request issues and risks to mitigate impact to baseline.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
•  Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
•  Murex knowledge is a plus
•  Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•  Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
•  Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure

ServiceNow is seeking highly motivated and professional individuals to join our team and play a critical role in delivering world-class customer satisfaction.  In the role of Support Account Manager (SAM), you will be a member of a highly skilled team focused on a select set of high profile, strategic customers whilst delivering high quality service. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional teams to ensure customer issues are clearly identified and resolved effectively.   

As a SAM, you will coordinate a high-touch support experience for our largest and more strategic customers.  The SAM will be delivering both proactive and reactive services and act as a central point of contact for all support related activities.  Working as a ServiceNow and a customer advocate, the SAM helps coordinate activities to ensure timely resolution of customer cases and problems.  A SAM provides regular communications by conducting service reviews, providing operational summaries, and driving status updates on all open high-priority cases.  A SAM should be comfortable presenting to all levels, including C-Level stakeholders.

• Manage, document and report on performance against service level agreements (SLA's) and where SLA’s are not being met document and oversee an action plan that will result in meeting and exceeding those commitments routinely.
• Drive continual improvement for the customer and their environment through trend analysis and partnering with the internal account team to be a champion of change.
• Review open cases, problems and changes communicating aligned priorities to assigned ServiceNow teams to ensure a timely response and resolution.
• Act as an escalation point for customer impacting business critical issues.

-Handled atleast 2 end to end Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM Cloud implementations/ large transformation on Oracle SaaS cloud in the last 5 years.

- Overall Project Management experience of Oracle ERP Implementations for over 12 years

- Overall experience of IT project management of over 15 years.

- Handle Large multi year Transformation as PM and highly proficient in handling Customer C-Level team, Management team and reporting accurate status.

- Conduct review meetings, Monitor, Close Track of action items, Report status accurately and timely.

- Responsible for the P&L, track milestones, manage sign offs of the milestones

- Manage all key communications with customer IT team and Business users.

- Manage vendor team / sub con team who are joint implementation partner

- Expertise in Oracle Unified Cloud Methodologies, implementation phases

- Managing a team of over 40+ strong onsite+offshore team
