1. The contact point for users and work with Functional BA to identify the root cause and provide solutions.

2. To perform analysis of production defects / findings to identify root cause.

3. To identify and propose workarounds and solutions for production issues.

4. To analyse the requirements and identify the technical solutions for Avaloq functional changes.

5. To prepare the FSD and TSD, where applicable.

6. To walk through the solutions with users to confirm that they are as per the requirements.

7. To perform parameterization, unit testing and SIT, where applicable.

8. To understand the various batch jobs, purposes and the underlying functionalities.

9. To provide Avaloq technical solutions for issues relating to performance of the system.

10. To perform audit of codes delivered by the other team members or vendor resources.

11. In-charge of support of the newly delivered Avaloq Web Banking and developments required by business consumption for Avaloq Web Banking (CAPI/AMI/Micro services).

Responsibilities:

• Execution of service and maintenance workflow for fire alarm product line.
• Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
• Mentor a team of service team members.
• Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
• Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients’ premises.
• Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives.

Requirements:

• Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years working experience.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must.
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Independent, self-motivated individual whom is able to work under minimum supervision.

Job Description

1. Provide guidance to ensuring that projects/systems comply with security policies and the relevant legal and regulatory frameworks (such as PDPA or Cybersecurity Act) throughout the product lifecycle
2. Perform adequate risk management, including identification, assessment and provide treatment of security risks associated with systems. Risk assessment must be performed in accordance with the organization’s cybersecurity risk management framework
3. Provide guidance related to vulnerability assessments, source code review and penetration tests so that remediation actions can be undertaken by agreed timelines
4. Provide security consulting and advisory.
5. Review RFP proposal compliance with security requirements
6. Review architecture design developed by Enterprise/Solution/Security Architect
7. Perform cybersecurity assurance activities across the different stages of SDLC
8. Evaluate risks related to third-party vendor and products and identify mitigating measures
9. Perform independent assessments of the technical security controls implemented within the projects/systems to determine the overall effectiveness of the controls.

Qualification and Requirement

1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent
2. At least 10 years of IT security experience in areas of security governance, risk management, application security design, security project management, security operation, cloud security technologies
3. Strong risk management principles, risk articulation skills, cloud technologies, network security, data protection
4. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google cloud is desirable
5. Professional security certification is preferable, such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP or other similar security certifications
6. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team member with minimal direction
7. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
8. Good written and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders (E.g. Relationship Managers, Product managers, Operations, Credit Control Unit, Credit, Business Support Unit, etc.) and IBG Technology team to deliver business driven outcomes that drive revenue or cost savings impact
• Understanding the Business and Credit Requirements and context and liaise with external and internal stakeholders and users to analyze and document as-is process flows and ideate on to-be flows.
• Conduct user immersion interviews and insights gathering exercises to define real problem statements, user painpoints and needs.
• Raise user stories and requirements in JIRA with detailed analysis on acceptance criteria and system-to-system field mapping.
• Coordination with stakeholders for requirement sign offs, and liaise with IBGT for analysis and implementation of projects.
• Brief the user acceptance testing team of the user requirements and advise test data and scenarios to be covered to execute testing against the JIRA requirements.
• Coordinate with users to finalize Live Verification scope, schedule and production data to be used to verify in Production and for sign off.
• Post go-live monitoring of issues and follow up on enhancements, and commercialisation of launched product in collaboration with users and product team to ensure uplift in business outcomes (Revenue uplift, cost savings, etc.)
• Drive and prepare commercialisation materials (e.g. user guides, marketing collaterals, etc.) in collaboration with product team.
• Provide regular, proactive updates on project progress to stakeholders and senior management on scope, timeline and issues.
