Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sea Freight Executive to manage and coordinate sea import shipments. This role includes handling customs permits, organizing documentation, and ensuring that all shipment processes align with company procedures. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Sea Import and Export shipments by opening files, maintaining documents, and updating shipment statuses using Sysfreight software
• Advise clients on shipment arrival details and arrange deliveries
• Process invoices accurately, ensuring correct currencies and verification of shipment weight and volume
• Handle customs declaration for Import and Export permits
• Verify Bill of Lading, invoices, and all shipment-related documents
• Arrange transportation for pick-up or delivery as needed
• Maintain communication with clients, overseas offices, and agents professionally through various channels
• Ensure work aligns with company SOP and escalate irregularities as needed
• Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and service providers for seamless operations
