Responsibilities

Financial Management:

• Collaborate with platform leads to manage, track, and report on Build and Operate financials.
• Support project charge allocations and resource forecasting.
• Prepare and review timesheet reports and monitor monthly charges.
• Address discrepancies with Project Managers and Team Leads.
• Provide documentation for capital expense allocations.

Contract Management:

• Process contracts with required approvals and create Purchase Requisitions in Coupa.
• Follow up on pending contracts and ensure they are processed within budget.
• Ensure accurate contract classification and manage Master Service Agreement renewals.

Support for Work Managers:

• Assist with project documentation, reporting, and GENE updates.
