WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

This position will be based in Singapore and will be part of the GL team that reports into the Financial Controller, Reporting & Commercial.

The candidate will be responsible to assists the team for accurate and timely reporting of the financial statements of one of the entities under the Omnicom Media Group.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Assist the Manager in charge of the financial statements of OMGAP entity under the Omnicom Media Group

• Accurately updating Media Ocean and HFM (or any other ERP solution that is implemented) as and when transactions occur. This includes maintaining the processes and transactions that have been set up in relation to the subledgers
• Perform revenue analysis
• Liaising with various stakeholders to ensure that any supporting schedules / information are provided on a timely basis to meet reporting timelines
• Generating full set financial statements in accordance with the Group timelines and financial reporting standards
• Preparation of supplementary schedules to support P&L and Balance sheet numbers.

2. Work with the Manager for the preparation of management accounts for discussion with management monthly

• Preparation of management accounts based on the Group template using data from the ERP systems
• Working with stakeholders (Business Directors, Finance team) in providing financial analysis of the variances the budget / forecast / prior year
• Identifying risk areas through the review of the financial ratios and balance sheet

3. Assist the Manager in charge for the preparation of accurate and timely tax and audit submissions as well as being the main point of contact for all tax (GST, Corporate Tax, WHT, etc.) and statutory audit matters

• Preparation of all tax supporting schedules
• Monitoring tax submission calendar and working with Financial Controller to ensure that all submissions are completed on time
• Directly liaising with both internal and external auditors for completion of audit with unqualified opinion

4. Ad Hoc Projects (Operations / Systems / Internal Controls)

• From time to time, there may be additional projects / tasks that may be assigned to you based on the company’s requirements

Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of relevant working experience, of which at least 3 years should be in a similar capacity
• Sound and updated understanding of accounting principles and local statutory requirements.
• Hands-on, result oriented and able to work both independently as well as part of a team
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office products and familiarity with ERP systems

Job Responsibilities
1) Build a network of volunteers with community partners to support health probotion activities. 2) Recruit, manage volunteers and deploy them to suitable volunteer activities.
3) Develop training material and conduct training for volunteers. 4) Develop and implement new activities for volunteers to support health promotion in the community.

The Job Holder will be the key data analyst for Health District@Queenstown (HD) related projects under NUHS, and provide support to fine-tune rapid prototyping and continuous iteration to improve health of residents using a data-driven approach, as well as analyses based on geographical boundaries.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with relevant stakeholders in obtaining necessary datasets.
• Data extraction from accessible databases, merging and cleaning it.
• Analyse datasets to provide meaningful insights and learnings.
• Perform calculations according to MOH technical manual to determine screening rates in HD.
• Translate stakeholder needs to generate analysis to support continuous iteration of interventions

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Health Sciences or other relevant majors. Postgrad diploma in data analytics or any other data analytics relevant certificates. Master’s degree in public health is an added advantage.

Requirements
