As a BIM Engineer, you will report to the Senior Design Engineer and be responsible for the successful implementation and management of BIM processes in the construction field, specifically focusing on Building Services, Airconditioning, and Mechanical (M&E, ACMV) works. You will collaborate closely with the design department to ensure compliance with engineering and safety requirements and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the BIM model throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Construct and manage Building Information Models (BIM) with precision, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all models. Ensure timely coordination and completion of tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
2. Ensure all BIM models comply with project specifications and requirements.
3. Maintain and update the model library for all ongoing projects, ensuring that all data remains secure and is treated as company property.

10. Support the submission of Operation, Maintenance, and Monitoring (OMM) manuals and media presentations using BIM models.
11. Follow the company's responsibility and authority matrix in the execution of duties.
12. Participate in the conceptualization and detailed design of ACMV/HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and standards, such as Singapore Code of Practice (CP13), SS553, and the Fire Code.
13. Utilize design software to perform thermal load calculations, energy modelling, and system sizing.
14. Prepare design documents including system layouts, schematics, and specifications.

Job Responsibilities:

(1) Perform clerical duties, such as filing and responding to emails

(2) Respond to inquiries through multiple channels, such as calls, and emails.

(3) Secure new sales order for Design & Fabrication Dept.

(4) Handle and process sales orders, PO and DO.

(5) Create and update sales orders, invoices, quotations, and other sales-related documents

(6) Coordinate, prepare, monitor and constantly follow-up on order status and delivery schedules with customers

(7) Maintain accurate and up to date documentation.

(8) Coordinate with human resources to handle department staff time attendance and work with accounting department to process invoices, payments matters relating to Design & Fabrication Dept.

(9) Handle transaction enquiries, resolve and report operational issues promptly

(10) Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Admin / Customer service / sales support / SAP experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible to analyse food safety and quality results and track performance against established goals and assist in periodic reporting of performance.
2. Serve as first point of contact for all customer quality inquiries, aiding in scheduling of audits, providing feedback to both simple and complicated inquiries.
3. Develop, update and implement current Food Safety Management System (BRC), HACCP and Halal Quality Management System (MUIS) in accordance to standards to ensure products produced meet relevant regulations and certification requirements.
4. Ensure production, warehouse and areas where activities affect food safety and quality comply with GMP.
5. Lead and conduct investigation of customer complaints, maintain investigation log and track investigation closure.
6. Issue CPAR to internal and suppliers for all non-conforming products including raw materials, work-in-progress and finished products.
7. Conduct annual mock recall, traceability and mass balance exercise.
8. Support and assist external audits and inspection including 3rd Party, Customer and Regulatory audits and inspections.
9. Develop and conduct appropriate training in all aspects of food quality and safety to ensure compliance to established systems.
10. Responsible for the application of Export Health Certificate and Phytosanitary Certificate.
11. Provide technical advice and support to sales, shipping, maintenance and production department.
12. Responsible to issue and complete customer inquiries, questionnaires, COA, product specifications and declarations.

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma in Food Science or equivalent.
2. QC in Food is Preferred
3. Ideally, candidate should have 1-2 years' experience in the food industry to have shorter learning curve.
4. Basic Computer Knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office software

Job Summary:

The Food Labelling and Regulatory Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all food products meet regulatory labelling and compliance standards across relevant markets. This role focuses on interpreting and implementing food labelling regulations, creating and reviewing label content, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and compliant product packaging. The specialist will support the company’s commitment to food safety and compliance by staying current with regulatory requirements and advising on necessary adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Compliance: Interpret and apply food labelling regulations, including ingredient listings, nutritional information, allergen declarations, claims, and warnings, for all relevant markets. Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, EU, and/or other applicable food regulatory agencies’ standards.
• Label Development: Collaborate with the R&D, Quality Assurance, and Marketing teams to create and update product labels, ensuring they are compliant with regulations and accurately reflect product ingredients, health claims, and nutritional content.
• Documentation and Verification:Review and approve label artwork and proofs, ensuring all required information is accurately presented. Verify that label changes comply with regulatory standards and conduct audits of product packaging as needed.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a regulatory advisor to product development, marketing, and sales teams, providing guidance on food labelling and advertising to avoid legal risks and support market launches.
• Market Research:Stay informed on changing food labelling regulations and standards in existing and emerging markets. Conduct gap analyses and propose updates to maintain compliance.
• Internal Education and Training: Train relevant company personnel on labelling requirements and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in food science, Nutrition, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food labeling, regulatory compliance, or quality assurance in the food industry.
• Strong understanding of food labeling regulations, such as FDA, USDA, EU, and Codex Alimentarius. Familiarity with organic, non-GMO, and allergen-free labeling requirements is advantageous.
• Proficient in interpreting and applying food labeling standards and regulations. The ability to work with software for label review and compliance management is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex regulatory requirements to non-experts.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and approving product labels, ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Generate Layout models for Micron’s U.S. manufacturing sites that meet or exceed established critical metric targets.
• Establish Layout requirements during Micron’s quarterly business plan reviews.
• Collect and analyze Layout date for Micron’s manufacturing sites to find opportunities for improvement, recommend design changes, and identify new processes that will improve Micron’s overall manufacturing efficiency.
