• Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: billing, placing print orders, and system troubleshooting
• Contract/Database administrator
• Performs creation, amendment, service suspension, contract renewals and termination of contracts using in-house system
• Generate and maintain sales report
• Efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through contact tracking
• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience. (mainly to gather feedback, attend to customer queries and schedule appointments)
• Responsible for compiling and generating reports which are related to customer service surveys

Requirements:

• GCE “N” Level, GCE “O” Level and Diploma in any discipline or higher
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
• Has resilient and is able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers
• Familiarity or experience with Customer Service and Call Center preferred
• Experience in a sales administration job scope will be an added advantage
• Strong decision making and analytical abilities
• Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills
• Effectively bilingual in English and another language (Spoken & Written)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed
• Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
• Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must

Core responsibilities

• Prepare computerized layouts for approval
• Re-sizing design elements to fit client’s size requirement
• Coordinate with Sales / Clients to confirm layout and make amendment accordingly
• Find and edit graphics, such as photographs or illustrations
• Import text and graphics into desktop publishing software programs
• Position artwork and text on the page layout
• Select formatting properties, such as text size, column width, and spacing
• Check proofs or preliminary layouts for errors and make corrections
• Color correct, resize, convert multiple file types from one platform to another
• Calibrate digital files for output to large format inkjet printers.
• Liaise with Sales and Printing Department on print preparation
• Other related duties as assigned by supervisor

Job specifications

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
• Preferred with 1-2 years of experience in Printing/Advertising
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Eye for details
• Overtime and shift work is required
• Communicate well with Sales / Clients
• Able to work as a team

Job Scope and Responsibilities:

· To deliver the assigned invoices to the customers’ locations

· To ensure proper documentation for all deliveries and successful fulfilment of all customer orders

· To check and ensure the correct quantity and type of merchandise before delivery

· Make sure all products that delivered is in good condition before handle to customers

· Display teamwork within team to ensure productivity targets / KPIs are met

· To care for and properly maintain the company’s vehicle that is assigned

· To assist in warehouse matters

· Receiving, stacking, picking and packing goods

· Loading & Unloading of goods

· Perform labeling, wrapping and re-packing as & when required

· Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock check

· Compliance to all safety requirements in the warehouse facility

· Maintain tidiness and cleanliness in the warehouse at all times

· Any other assigned duties as instructed by superior

Requirements:

· Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.

· Must possess initiative and able to work independently with positive attitude

· Ability to perform under pressure

· Able to perform multitasks in order to support and assist the department on a daily basis

· Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment

· Must be able to work in fast-paced and high performance warehouse environment

· Must have the right attitude, be helpful, proactive, responsible and willing to learn.

· At least Class 3/ Class 4 driving license

· Familiar with Singapore roads
