[The Role]

This role will be primarily focusing on Talent Acquisition (80%) and Employee Relations (20%); reporting directly to the Director and General Manager. There will be ample opportunities to learn with room to grow in a fast, hypergrowth environment.

• Talent Acquisition (80%)

1. Manage end to end recruitment cycle – hunt for prospective talents, manage job postings, arrange & conduct interviews, negotiate hiring offers, conduct orientations and on/off board team members
2. Ensure that on/off board documents and requirements are accurate
3. Plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants
4. Source and recruit candidates by using various recruitment portals or social media
5. Communicate with hiring managers regarding the status of the recruiting process
6. Utilise test assessments tools to profile & select potential candidates
7. Act as a first point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
8. Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement
9. Support the company's human resource department in any other ad hoc/operation duties

• Employee Relations (20%)

1. Research and propose creative strategies of improving the company’s culture – organise & liaise with external companies whenever necessary for company events/ activities, e.g. movie nights, sports activities
2. Upkeep of a highly engaged, positive and transparent work environment for the employees by fostering a sense of community and team building
3. Manage and address employees' work-related queries
4. Make team members' well-being a priority – be flexible, passive and a listening ear when receiving feedback
5. Support the company's human resource department in any other ad hoc/operation duties

[The Type Of Person We're Looking For]

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day purchasing operations across various internal departments
• Create purchase requests and orders for non-technical items
• Monitor order progress to ensure timely delivery
• Process all invoices and document receipts in the BC system
• Validate charges from local ports, external launches, and freight services
• Coordinate the procurement of food and freshwater
• Handle purchases for internal launches
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

As a pivotal member of the management team, the Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in revenue generation by strategizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating sales and marketing activities for outdoor and indoor spaces. Main Responsibilities:

Professional Background:

• Proven "business-to-business" sales and operational experience in the logistics or supply chain management industry.
• Essential experience with Project Cargo and OOG shipments.
• Demonstrated success in developing sales plans and analyzing profitability, coupled with analytic skills to review financial and operational data.
• Proven negotiation skills and the ability to secure business wins.
• Capability to develop robust business relationships within all levels of organizations, including senior-level executives.
• Success in leading, motivating, and developing individuals and high-performance teams.
