Main purpose of the job  

The Global Procurement Lead for Upstream Processes will provide leadership to the Global Procurement function in particular to the Source-To-Contract, Supplier Lifecycle Management, Risk management and potentially other upstream service lines and related to Procurement, ensuring the successful execution of functional goals. He/She will foster collaboration and knowledge sharing between regions and GPO, support the implementation of new target operating model, and ensure compliance with governance, policies, processes and ways of working, including the right level of utilization of upstream procurement tools. Additionally, the role involves advocating for sustainable procurement and innovation, and driving continuous improvement (people, process, platform, data). The Global Procurement Lead will drive operational excellence in Procurement, but will also contribute to technical competency frameworks, and lead the design and implementation of functional KPIs on a global scale.   

Accountabilities and deliverables   

• Provide leadership to the respective Global Procurement team(s) and oversee the definition, implementation and successful execution of functional goals in harmonized way primarily with respect to Upstream processes (including their impact on people, platform and data).   

• Promote one team spirit between all regions to enable sharing of best practices and knowledge. 

• Support implementation of Global Procurement People strategy and culture (incl. DEI, employee engagement and well-being). 

• Design and implement adherence to defined governance, policies, and processes. Monitor process and platform adoption rate and initiate actions needed to ensure users do not bypass the target operating model.

• Advocate and foster Sustainable Procurement (incl. CSR) and Procurement innovation strategies and projects.

• Manage and track agenda specific plans and budgets including objectives, key value drivers and related KPIs.

Regional pricing strategy & execution

• Develop and execute pricing strategies across local and travel retail markets spanning Asia Pacific in collaboration with Guerlain HQ and commercial teams.
• Conduct regular analysis of pricing competitiveness across key markets to assess impact of currency fluctuations and promotional campaigns.

Analytics & business intelligence

• Deliver actionable insights on key macro-economic, market & competition trends impacting our performance across APAC.
• Consolidate business and retail performance KPIs for regular reporting to HQ and regional management stakeholders.

Strategic planning and project management

The Housekeeping Administrator is responsible for coordinating Housekeeping department’s back-end operations by ensuring ongoing exchange and follow-up of information and requests between residents and guests, colleagues and other departments. The Housekeeping Coordinator carries the responsibilities of managing FCS, lost and found records and clear documentation at the storage areas along with other administrative duties wherever deemed necessary.

Primary Responsibilities

Responsible for Housekeeping office operations in timely organised fashion

• Ensures seamless coordination in communicating information to relevant sections in accordance with the hotel’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Ensures smooth running of the Housekeeping section by performing all tasks in adherence with the code of ethics.
• Receives, records and stores lost and found properties following the established lost and found procedure.

Delivers Friendly and Professional Service

• Ensures smooth operation of Raffles Service department by attending to incoming calls, fax and emails that are pertaining to room reservation.
• Obtains all the necessary information to complete a room reservation in the Opera system, i.e. stay dates, flight details, rates, special requests and reservation notes.
• Completes the reservation process by combining all reservation details (including any Food and Beverage or Spa arrangements) and sending a confirmation to the guest.

Focuses on Guest Experience

• Supports guest’s decision to proceed with the reservation by providing accurate information on the price, room type, availability and the amenities.
• Is well versed with the preference of the regular guests and provide them with the consistent service anticipating their needs in advance.

• Supports the Raffles Service colleagues to achieve upsell goals in various revenue streams.

We are looking to hire a Regional Controller to join our APAC Regional Finance team! 
Based in Singapore, you will assist in growing our finance capabilities to steer the organisation in the right direction ensuring compliance with accounting, regulatory and tax requirements. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders as well as be an integral part of the international finance team.

As Wise continues to grow, we need to grow our finance capabilities to:

• Help pilot the rocket ship. Controller capabilities are essential to steer the ship in the right direction, ensuring we comply with accounting, regulatory and tax requirements.

• Work with Regional Finance Lead, Regional Controllers, Associate Controllers, Reporting & Tax teams to ensure financial compliance, including controlling local audits, outsource firms and financial regulatory relationships.

• Be the regional team’s (Expansion, Compliance, Product & People) main point of finance contact in ensuring that all new entities, products, legislation etc are understood and finance is prepared for all changes, ensuring the customer product is understood and optimised for growth.

• Work with finance teams (Finance Implementation (Product) team and Group Accounting team) to ensure systems, controls and processes are prepared for regional requirements, with clear definitions and change management.

• Review monthly and quarterly financials to ensure all accuracy of your entities.
