• Lead/Client Generation via Referrals, Events, Roadshows, Cold-Warm Prospecting

• Managing the Expectations of Clients

• Mentoring and Managing a team

Requirements

• Minimally a Polytechnic Diploma or Degree

• Prior 1 or 2 years working experience in sales or business development B2B or B2C.

• Good proficiency in English and Mandarin

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport

• Problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure

• Fast learner and goal-oriented mindset

• Highly motivated and self-driven

• Perform Odoo software application development and enhancement (project basis)
• To participate in system integration testing, user testing support, and performance testing and etc.
• Produce specifications and user documentation on software applications being developed

Requirement

• Must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication/ Computer Science/Information Technology) or equivalent
• Must have strong background, knowledge and proficiency in Odoo software programming skills will be preferred.
• Ability to work independently and capable in handling project assigned.
