The Strategic Account Executive will develop meaningful relationships with key stakeholders at accounts, bridge the gap to executives, and elevate Aeon Earth mindshare to a strategic position.

What you can expect to do?

• Strategic Account Executive will formulate and execute sales strategy to bring new customers and help grow our existing customers
• Demonstrate the ability to understand the complex IT needs of customers and offer them appropriate and advanced solutions
• Responsible for achieving sales quotas by leading all sales activities from generating leads to closing the deals

Job Purpose

The OTC (Order To Cash) Functional Lead reports into the ERP Application Manager and maintains responsibility for hands-on leadership in managing and supporting OTC (order-to-cash, and related modules within MODEC’s global SAP system especially with Project Control (PS module). OVERVIEW:

I Clinical

1. Conduct functional assessments to determine required therapy interventions for routine and complex cases, e.g.

- Speech - articulation, fluency, voice (including respiration, phonation and resonance)

- Language (involving the parameters of phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics and pragmatics; and including disorders of receptive and expressive communication in oral, written, graphic and manual modalities)

- Reading disorders or dyslexia

- Oral, pharyngeal, cervical oesophageal and related functions (e.g., dysphagia, including disorders of swallowing and oral function for feeding; orofacial myofunctional disorders)

- Cognitive aspects of communication (including communication disabilities and other functional disabilities associated with cognitive impairment)

- Social aspects of communication (including challenging behaviour patterns, ineffective social skills, lack of communication opportunities)

2. Formulate client-centred and SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Timely) goals in

collaboration with clients and relevant stakeholders.

3. Communicate the assessment results, intervention plans, goals and outcome measures

to relevant stakeholders.

4. Select appropriate and specific outcome measures to enable evaluation of therapy

5. Provide intervention to clients on one-to-one basis, group or classroom setting, based on

6. Evaluate therapy progress and outcomes using the recommended therapy outcome

7. Modify therapy plans based on client performance and motivation as well as therapy

outcome measures collected.

8. Identify, assess, and prescribe assistive devices as required by the clients to improve

function.

9. Liaise with and empower parents in client handling skills to ensure and encourage

continuity and consistency of SLP related strategies incorporated both at school and home

10. Communicate and engage in discussions and meetings of client-related issues with

parents, caregivers, volunteers, and members of the rehabilitation team.

11. Formulate discharge plans, if required, based on client performance in consultation

with relevant stakeholders.

12. Identify risks of clients, environments, situations, and equipment before, during and after clients' contact

4. Conduct in-house sharing and training programs for relevant staff, teachers, parents, caregivers, and volunteers in the organisation.

1. Monitor therapy aides to ensure that all speech therapy equipment is maintained regularly by regular servicing and repair, when deemed necessary.

3. Supervise and check the updated list of equipment loan library items and document them for Internal Audit.

V. Administration

1. Ensure that accurate speech therapy records of clients are updated and maintained regularly in Client Information Management System (CIMS) and are kept securely according to PDPA.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors/ Masters’ Degree in Speech and Language Pathology / Therapy
• Full Registration under AHPC, with at least 3-4 years of experience in the assessment and management of adults with feeding and swallowing disorders, and in providing language and social communication intervention to school-aged children
• At least two years of direct experience in providing supervision and mentoring to entry-level and junior therapists, and / or students pursuing speech and language therapy.

• Revenue Management – In collaboration with GBC , responsible for executing on Market Unit SEA South and North Revenue targets , accelerate and forecast Revenues, Manage Risk and Upsides through dependencies and efficient cross functional interlocks across CNS Organisation from sales, presales, Engineering and technical delivery teams . Identify Sellable additional work to improve revenues and margins
• Cost Management – responsible for Market Unit SEA South and North sales margins and baseline cost improvement. Tracking deviation on Non Conformance costs working closely with Finance.
• Execute on Efficiency and productivity targets and FPO oversight.
• Establish strong delivery operations and performance management for accurate project tracking, workforce planning and forecast accuracy (backlog consumption, cost, revenue, etc.). working with GPMO nd Performance mgmt. unit.

Customer Centricity

• Ensure Customer Centricity through First time right , on-time delivery culture and high degree of responsiveness .
• Ensure clear, transparent and effective communication with customers. Establish sound planning and governance to align expectations and measure progress through execution.
• Improve Customer Satisfaction and positivity (CPVi & CES) by ensuring fulfillments of contractual commitments and minimizing quality issues
• BusinessSupport the implementation of the CNS go-to-market strategy to achieve Market Unit targets, drive profitable growth of the Services and CARE business and ensure customer success. Define and implement market services execution plans with extended teams.
  Establish and nurture customer relationships (CxOs, decision makers, operations) to help them achieve their business objectives. Utilize customer insights to assist with GTM strategy execution working closely with sales and presales teams in Global Business centre (GBC).
  

Organisation

• Build a strong set of E2E Technical Leaders , superior Program managers and Incident mgmt. organization to improve management of projects , incidents and outages as well as enhancing SW upgrades, procedures and cycle times
• Provide enablement and knowledge management to ensure that market services team and extended delivery team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years project/program management of large multi-million projects in Cloud, Core, or Telecoms applications space.
• Track record of managing/influencing service provider customers at VP Networks / VP IT / CTO / CTO level. Familiarity with SEA CIOs/CTOs is a plus.
• Demonstrable ability to build and manage high performing, cross boundary PM and technical teams in highly matrixed organisations.
• Good understanding of Telecom Core Network and/or Telecom Business Applications (e.g. OSS/BSS).
• Strong revenue and cost management experience.
