Purpose Statement

The purpose of this role is to provide regulatory expertise and leadership for APAC Sourced Finished Medical Devices (SFMD) projects and integrations of acquired companies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with relevant regulations. The Role

Call Center Operations

• Provide responses while anticipating and recognizing individual guest needs
• Answer questions regarding hotel facilities and services, airline partnerships, local attractions, directions, etc

• Check and ensure proper Vendor/Customer Bank Account registration applications from Business and Corporate Departments and advise them in case of difficulties faced such as third party/country payment.
• Establish effective communications as well as trust with a partnership with Business/Corporate Divisions to support biz development, initiatives and activities while ensuring compliance with internal rules/policies.

Requirements:
