• The intern will take the role as the project manager to manage and close the project within the fixed budget and timeline.

Learning Outcomes:

Intern will be able to pick up the project management experience for water treatment system and chemical dosing system and understand the project lifecycle. He/she will also gain experience on how to design a water treatment system. In addition, the intern will also be able to learn and apply their drafting skills on actual project. Lastly, the intern will learn how to work with a team and also with various stakeholders such as contractor, vendor and other colleagues in the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with the HR, Finance, and business function teams to understand the current processes and user requirements, to find solutions to reduce manual work by automating work processes, and to find ways to reduce the time required for report generation as well as documentation.
• Propose enhancement of new functionalities or features for processes that will help to streamline operational activities.
• Research new digital transformation technologies and functionalities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts toward process automation and data visualization.

Qualifications and Skills set:

• Undergraduates who can commit for at least 5 months (for a full-time internship.
• Pursuing diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or computer science
• Programming experience is nice to have but not mandatory such as Python, R, SQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Strong affinity with numbers and data

• Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool), Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good Excel skills such as VBA and/or data visualization tools
• Basic understanding of database and big data technologies such as Azure.
• Strong Visual design skills with an eye for user-system integration, and understands the front and back-end development process cycle.
• Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.

• Provide support in implementing the annual Learning Needs Analysis (LNA), conducting analytics and insights on trends, and developing of corporate training plan.
• Assist in sourcing, promoting training programs and internal events, organizing in-person and webinars.
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)

HR Data Analytic

• Ability to build and design user-friendly dashboards, present data and deliver insights to generatemeaningful results for data analysis.
• Coordinate, consolidate and analyze data to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of people demographics.
• To create and update the overseas employee contact list.

• Liaise, plan, and organize employee engagement events/activities as and when necessary

Education, Training, Licenses and/or Certifications

• Pursuing a Degree or Master Degree in HR, Business Management, Business Analytics or any other relevant fields. (Strong interest in data analytics is a plus.)
